Jason “DL” De Leon is a Filipino-American Cinematographer and Director who originates in Portland, OR. He began his journey in the track & field world, documenting a small local college team and sharing their story from the start to finish. Through that experience, sparked a desire to continue that same sentiment to tell their story; to everyone who he gets to work or collaborate with in the future.

Present day, he is a full-time freelancer working in the sports and branded content industry.. He specializes in small-crew productions, efficient and resourceful filmmaking, and creating an inviting and healthy space of collaboration.

Outside of his work, he is a frequent Sunday league basketball player, beginner hip-hop dance enthusiast, and a struggling movie buff. He one day dreams that he can direct his own movie, and will continue working slowly towards the goal; one project a time.
